About Us
Q: What kind of venue is The RACK Room?
A: We are a BDSM- and kink-focused venue dedicated to fostering a space for education, connection, and exploration within the kink community. We are a sex-positive space that welcomes consensual sexual expression but is not a swinger, lifestyle, or sex club.
Membership and Account
Q: Where can I find the address?
A: To receive the exact address, you must complete the membership process, which is detailed here. However, we are located near 6th Avenue and I-225. The nearest Light Rail Station is 2nd Avenue & Abilene Station, just a few blocks from us in Aurora, CO. If you have completed the membership process but lost the address, feel free to reach out at the contact information at the end of this page.
Q: Do you have accounts for couples?
A: No, each member must have an account and complete the membership screening process. The email you receive after registration will provide this information.
Q: I need clarification about how to become a member and attend events.
A: Please check the email you received upon account creation outlining the membership process. If you have not received it or need further clarification, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
Q: I am from outside of the area. Can I still attend events?
A: We offer a month-to-month membership option to accommodate out-of-area members. You must still go through the membership screening process.
Q: What are your age requirements?
A: You must be 18+ to attend events.

Q: I want to reactivate my membership.
A: Select a membership option here, and then you can attend events. If you have been inactive for over one year, you must schedule a screening call using the contact information below.
Membership Options and Billing
Q: What membership options do you offer?
A: We offer the following membership options:
- Monthly Recurring Membership ($10/month):
Bills monthly until canceled. This membership covers membership costs only and does not include event door fees.
- $60 Annual Membership:
This membership covers membership costs only and does not include event door fees. This membership does not auto-renew.
- $100 Annual Supporting Membership:
Includes membership costs and one hour of private dungeon rental per month outside of regular club hours. Event door fees are separate. This membership does not auto-renew.
- Ultimate Monthly Membership ($40/month Pilot Program):
Bills monthly until canceled. Event door fees are included, with some exceptions. Includes 2 guest tickets per month (one guest per event). Guests must follow the guest policy. For more information, click here.
- $500 Annual Ultimate Supporting Membership:
Event door fees are included, with some exceptions. Includes 2 hours of private dungeon rental per month outside of regular club hours. This membership does not auto-renew.
Q: I want to update my payment or cancel my membership.

Q: Can I change my plan from monthly to annual?
A: Yes, you can. Please cancel your monthly membership first and then purchase an annual membership. If you have any difficulties, please use the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Q: What will be the charges on my card for this?
A: Charges will appear as ML Ticketing on your card.

Space Rentals
Q: I want to rent your space outside of club hours. How do I reach out for that?

Health and Safety
Q: Do you still have the vaccination requirement?
A: Proof of vaccination is no longer required for attendance. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Events and Policies
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our standard operation hours are Thursday from 7 PM—12 AM and Friday/Saturday from 9 PM—2 AM. Q: I want to bring a guest. What’s your guest policy?
A: For our guest policy, please visit this page.
Q: What attire should I wear?
A: Please ensure you wear street-appropriate clothing when entering or exiting our building. Inside, you can wear whatever you are comfortable with, including nothing. If you are not wearing anything, please bring a towel or something similar to put under you on the furniture.
Q: What is the difference between themed events and non-themed events?
A: All events allow you to come in and do a scene. Themes are meant to inspire and are optional, excluding Matriarchy or events directly stated in the event details.
Q: Do you provide snacks?
A: We provide individually wrapped snacks and drinks. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can bring your food. Our kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven.
Q: Do you have lockers to store my belongings?
A: Yes, we do have limited lockers for storage. If you need a space to secure your belongings and we don't have a locker available or it won't fit, we can put it in a secure location for you.
