How to Cancel Your Rack Room Membership

1. Go to www.rackroomdenver.com.
2. Click on "Login."

3. Enter your Username and Password.

• If you've forgotten either, please text or email Rack Room Support for assistance.
• If you wish to cancel your membership, you can also contact support directly.

4. Once logged in, click on "Profile."

5. In the Account Information Panel, click on the number to the right of your subscription.

6. Click "Update or Cancel."

7. Click "Cancel Subscription."

8. Confirm by clicking "Yes."
