(A person may only be guested in once, before membership is required)

To bring a guest, you must:

• Be an active member.
• Have completed the vetting process.
• Have attended at least one event at The RACK Room before bringing a guest.

Note: This guest policy applies only to individuals who have never visited The RACK Room. If an individual has attended The RACK Room in the past, they need to reactivate their membership instead.

• Your guest must create a profile on our site, including their full name (as shown on their ID), email, and contact number.

You are responsible for ensuring your guest:

• Reads the rules.
• Watches the Dungeon Etiquette video.
• Watches the “How Consent is Like a Cup of Tea” video.

• Guests must arrive with or follow you directly to the venue. They may arrive in a separate vehicle, but you should never share the venue address with your guests.

• You must remain with your guest throughout the event. If you choose to leave, your guest must also leave.
• You are accountable for your guest’s behavior during the entire event.

• A guest fee of $10 will be added to the event’s regular cost. For example, if the event fee is $20, your guest's total cost will be $30.

• Attending as a guest does not qualify as part of the membership approval process or guarantee future event access as a member.
• Guests must complete a phone interview and fulfill the membership process to attend future events.

Note: If an individual has been inactive for over one year, they must contact Rack Room Support at 970-716-0530 to refresh their familiarity with our rules and policies through the membership process.
